Askasleikir — NIGHT SHIFT. BOWL DUTY — Jólasveinar Tee
NIGHT SHIFT. BOWL DUTY.
Meet Askasleikir — Bowl Licker, number 06 of Iceland’s thirteen Yule Lads. Askasleikir hides under beds, waiting for a chance to steal an askur, a traditional lidded wooden eating bowl, and lick it clean.
The bowl was never safe.
A vintage folklore illustration, the Icelandic name, and a little dry humor on a black tee. Part of Jólasveinar — 13 Days of Mischief by IcelandTees.
