Help us find your order
- Include your order number, if you have it, and the name of the item.
- Use your checkout email address in the email field, if possible.
- Tell us what happened and what you need help with. If you cannot find your order number, include the approximate order date.
Delivery and missing items
Check any tracking link in your shipping email. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. If a shipment is late, missing or marked delivered but has not arrived, tell us which items are affected. See our shipping and delivery policy for more information.
Damaged or incorrect items
Describe the issue and the affected item. Photos of the item, print and packaging can help when available. This form does not accept attachments, so keep any photos ready to share when we follow up.
Cancellations and returns
